A seasoning blend with soy sauce, fennel and star anise
The Bella Italia chef suggests trying with 2 roasted and shredded duck legs, add to the pan after the spring onions
Simply add the seasoning to the other named ingredients, ready in 15 mins
Uses / Instructions
Just Add:
1 tbs olive oil
225g King prawns, raw
175g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbs tomato pur?e
200ml water
275g spaghetti, cooked and drained
3 Easy Cooking Steps:
1. Heat oil and fry prawns for 2 mins, then throw in the tomatoes.
2. Mix the seasoning, tomato pur?e and water, add to the pan and heat through for 1 min.
3. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and heat through.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Bella Italia Chef suggests...
Adding a splash of white wine with the tomatoes. Garnish with chopped chillies if you like it spicy!
