Top Tips.. Lightly crush the pods to use in Indian pilaf rice fora warm, fragrant, citrus aroma. Also great in baking, crush the pod to release the tiny, intensely flavoured black seeds for aromatic cakes, shortbread and fruit salads. Storage Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
