Our mixed fruit cake is a hand-finished, spiced fruit cake made with vine fruits and decorated with flaked almonds and glace cherries. It is made with apple juice and contains no eggs or dairy, which makes it suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with lactose-intolerance.
