Store in a cool, dry place. On opening store in an airtight container.
Preparation and Usage
Mix 3 tbsps (30g) of Tandoori Masala with 200ml of Natural Yoghurt and add to 300g of chicken or poultry. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour before cooking.
Recipes
Recipe Suggestion: Tandoori Chicken. Skin an average size chicken and cut into 4-5 pieces. Make 2 or 3 deep cuts in each piece. Mix 1 generous tbsp of Rajah Tandoori Masala with 2 cups of natural yogurt. Soak the chicken pieces in the yogurt mixture overnight. Remove the chicken pieces from the mixture and drain the excess. Wrap the pieces in the tin foil and place in a pre-heated oven (190?C/375?F/Gas Mark 5) and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the foil, drain and place under a high grill, turning the pieces until they become evenly browned.
