Uses / Instructions
Package Type Bag Storage Keep refrigerated. Use within 2 day of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Storage And Usage Ready to Eat; Keep Refrigerated Cooking Guidelines Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place in a pan with a little water. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and press out excess water.; Microwave - From Chilled. Pierce bag in 2 places. Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 2 minutes (900w,800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Take care when opening the bag as hot steam will escape.; Steam - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place into steamer. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place into a pre-heated wok on a medium/high heat. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until the spinach has wilted. Stirring frequently.Warnings
When removing cover after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this bag away from babies and small children.Side Effects
