Apply a suitable amount of Oral-B Pro-Expert Deep Clean Toothpaste directly on your toothbrush. Then, brush your teeth for approximately three minutes, preferably after each meal, and before going to bed. Ideally, pair this product with a teeth brushing tool of the same range to achieve optimal results.
Children of 6 years and younger: Use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor.
