Nicorette Icy White Gum is the first nicotine gum to taste like chewing gum should. It also has the added benefit of being a teeth whitening gum, as well as helping you to manage your nicotine cravings.
Nicorette Gum gives you active control over your cravings, with a flexible dosing schedule. Nicorette Gum is available in two strengths – regular strength (2MG) and extra strength (4MG).
Highly dependent/heavy smokers should firstly use the extra strength Nicorette Gum; also smokers who have failed to quit when using 2MG, should try to do so using the 4MG extra-strength Nicorette Gum. Persons who are light smokers should begin by using the regular strength gum
Uses / Instructions
Use: This product strength is suitable for those smoking more than 20 cigarettes a day.
Directions: For adults and children 12 years and over. Please note the chewing technique below and read the enclosed leaflet carefully before starting to use the product. Chew one piece when you feel the urge to smoke. Do not use more than 15 pieces a day.

NICORETTE? chewing technique:
1. Chew slowly until taste becomes strong.
2. Rest between gum and cheek.
3. Chew again when taste has faded.
