Mentholatum Vapour Rub Jar is a topical ointment blended from pure, natural menthol and Eucalyptus combined with extracts of Pine, to help naturally relieve congestion and soreness and ease your breathing.
Versatile use
Mentholatum Vapour Rub Jar can also be used for the following purposes:
For muscular pain and stiffness, including backache, sciatica, lumbago, fibrositis, rheumatic pain, bruises, and chilblains.
It can be applied to soothe dry and chapped skin, nettle rash, insect bites and stings to help bring a cooling effect.
Uses / Instructions
Adults (including the elderly) and children over 1 year old : Apply 2-3 times daily
Sufferers from colds, catarrh and hayfever can benefit by rubbing Mentholatum on to the chest, throat and back.
For alternative relief, melt one teaspoonful of this special balm in hot water. Inhale the natural menthol medicated vapour to ease nasal congestion, making breathing easier.

Keep site of application to the body uncovered or only loosely covered
Keep clear of the eyes or inner nose
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients
Do not use on children under one year of age
