Preparation and Usage
GENERAL USE. KTC Vegetable Cooking Oil can be used in preparing salad dressing, mayonnaise and baking. DO NOT POUR HOT OIL INTO ANY PLASTIC CONTAINER.

Cooking Guidelines
Deep Fry – From Chilled/Ambient. Heat the oil in your deep fryer to between 182°C (360°F) and 195°C (385°F). Immerse food slowly and cook until done.; Grill – From Chilled/Ambient. Apply oil to the food with a pastry brush and grill, turning regularly.; Shallow Fry – From Chilled/Ambient. Put a few dessert spoons of cooking oil into the frying pan, heat it, then fry the food, turning regularly.
