Description

Chicken katsu is Japanese-style fried chicken. This is my family recipe and can also be used to make tonkatsu by using pork cutlets instead of chicken. Serve with white rice and tonkatsu sauce.

Uses / Instructions

Chicken breast inner fillets in a crispy katsu style breadcrumb coating. Storage: Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months and cook from frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
