Semolina Pudding:
Mix 50g semolina and 50ml milk in a saucepan until the mixture thickens. Boil the 550 ml milk in a pot add semolina paste, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and 25g sugar. Stir until thickens.
Cooking instructions (for guidance only)
Fried Dough: Mix 1 cup cornmeal, 1 cup flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl.
Make small portions and roll each portion into a sausage shape. Heat oil over medium heat for 2 – 4 minutes. Fry on each side until golden brown.
