Ingredients Required: Cooked Diced Potatoes, Quantity & Preparation: 1 Cup
Ingredients Required: Diced Cucumber, Quantity & Preparation: 1/2 Cup
Ingredients Required: Fresh Diced Tomatoes, Quantity & Preparation: 1/2 cup
Ingredients Required: Fresh Diced Red Onion, Quantity & Preparation: 1/2 Cup
Ingredients Required: Fresh Diced Apple, Quantity & Preparation: 1 Apple
Ingredients Required: Yoghurt (Beaten), Quantity & Preparation: 1-2 cups
Ingredients Required: Indus Tamarind Sauce, Quantity & Preparation: 5-6 tbsp
Ingredients Required: Indus Chaat Masala Spice Mix, Quantity & Preparation: 3-4 tbsp

Steps of Cooking
1. Drain chick peas and mix with 2 tbsp of Indus Chaat Masala.
2. In a bowl mix yoghurt, potatoes, cucumber, onion, apple, tomatoes and 1 tbsp of Indus Chaat Masala.
3. Fold in the chick peas, drizzle over Tamarind Sauce and sprinkle over remaining Indus Chaat Masala Spice Mix.
4. Garnish with Chopped Coriander and serve.

Ingredients Required: Diced Mango, Quantity & Preparation: 1 Ripe Mango
Ingredients Required: Strawberry cut into Quarters, Quantity & Preparation: 1/2 Punnet
Ingredients Required: Diced Pear, Quantity & Preparation: 2 Pears
Ingredients Required: Pomegranate (Seeds), Quantity & Preparation: 1 Pomegranate

Steps of Cooking
1. In a Bowl Mix Banana, Grapes, Apple, Mango, Strawberry’s, Pear and Pomegranate Seeds.
2. Pour over Orange Juice and stir gently.
3. Sprinkle over Indus Chaat Masala and gently mix.
4. Garnish with chopped fresh mint and serve.
