Hovis white bread and roll mix with added wholemeal flour, wheatgerm and calcium. This bread mix is convenient and easy to use, providing caterers and chefs with consistently great results every time. Just simply add water and stir to blend the mixture together. FSA 2017 compliant. Part baked mix is freeze thaw stable. Each pack is 3.5kg and makes approximately 105 x 57g rolls. There are 4 packs in this 14.7kg wholesale bulk pack. – To make 105 rolls, place the entire contents of the bag into a mixing bowl. Add 2.59L of warm water. Use a dough hook mixer on a slow speed for 1 minute. Then continue to mix for 6 minutes on medium speed. Then roll the dough out and cut to shape as required. Leave to prove in a warm place until the dough has risen significantly. Bake the rolls for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees in fan-assisted ovens.
