Blonde chocolate caramel cr?me. Layered over silky-smooth blonde chocolate cheesecake, followed by another luscious layer of blonde chocolate cr?me – all on a crumbly, crunchy biscuit base.
?We?ve given chocolate the golden touch, using blonde chocolate in three of the layers – almost 14% chocolate content, giving it a very creamy texture. We also added Gu?rande salt to enhance the caramelised notes in the chocolate?
