Preparation and Usage
A very flavourful green lentil that holds its shape well, making it a good addition to salads and other dishes. Lentils need no pre-soaking. A handful of lentils is perfect for rounding out soups and stews. Add 1 cup of lentils and 3 cups of water to a saucepan (with a lid) and bring to a boil. It takes 20-30 minutes to cook.
