Preparation and Usage
Rub Dunn’s River Jamaican Jerk Seasoning into chicken, meat or fish and leave to marinate for several hours, then grill on a barbeque for an authentic Jamaican flavour. Alternatively, cook under a medium grill or bake in a moderate oven.
Dunn’s River Jamaican Jerk Seasoning adds flavour to many sauces and dressings and can be mixed with natural yogurt as a marinade for kebabs.
