Description
A deep space mining crew is on the surface of a planet where they are proceeding with the extraction of a mysterious monolithic planet marker, a job which makes the miners uneasy. Suddenly, the main ship experiences a power outage, cutting them off from the miners down below as the miners are attacked by an inhuman enemy which kills anyone in sight and then turns their corpses into lifeless murderous drones. The last surviving miners manage to pilot a shuttle back to the ship but not before they are infected, brining the infection aboard the Ishimura. It is up to the security team aboard the Ishimura to fight the invasion of infectors while trying to stay alive until help arrives
