Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
For best before see side of pack
Remove outer packaging and acetate collar. Place cake on its board on a flat surface. Hold the cake and with a long serrated sharp knife, cut the cake into slices using a sawing action. It is important to keep the knife clean between slices. Cut the cake in half, cut each half into seven equal slices.
