“This seasoning mix is based on a traditional Mexican recipe called ‘Cochinita Pibil’ and contains orange oil to give it a delicious fruity flavour. Tacos are an authentic Mexican dish, consisting of a small hand sized tortilla topped with filling. They are a delicious, versatile and fun way to eat!”

Uses / Instructions

Package Type Sachet Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Preparation And Usage You'll Need: 500g Beef mince, 1 large onion (chopped), Capsicana Mini Tortilla Wraps 1. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a large pan and gently fry the onion over a medium heat until softened (approx. 3-4 minutes). 2. Add the mince to the pan and stir into the onions. Cook for 5 minutes until the meat has cooked through. 3. Stir in the seasoning mix and sizzle for a further 5 minutes to let the flavour come together. 4. Serve in warmed tortilla wraps, with your favourite taco toppings. I recommend having with grated cheese, soured cream, Capsicana salsa and lettuce.
