Fajitas were first cooked by Mexican ranch workers on the Rio Grande near the Texan border. They originally used a cut of meat called ‘arracheras (similar to a skirt steak) which Ben they wrapped in a tortilla.”

Preparation And Usage
You'll Need: 500g Chicken breast (sliced), 2 Onions (sliced), 2 Peppers (sliced), Capsicana large tortilla wraps
1. Coat 500g of chicken breast or thigh strips with this seasoning mix and a little oil.
2. Brown the chicken over a medium heat in 1 tbsp of oil before stirring in the sliced onions and peppers.
3. Stir until the vegetables have softened and the meat has cooked through (approx 8 minutes).
4. Serve in warmed tortillas with your favourite fajita toppings. I love guacamole, soured cream, fresh salad and dollops of Capsicana salsa.
