Description

“Bring Mexico’s vibrant culture to your table with this tomato & chipotle burrito, inspired by the shredded chicken dish ‘Tinga’ which originates from Puebla in Mexico. It has a smoky flavour with just enough heat from the chipotle married with sweet tomatoes, which is a real crowd pleaser. Roll it up in a warmed tortilla with rice and toppings and you’re good to go in less than 15 mins.”

Uses / Instructions

Package Type Sachet Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened use immediately. Preparation And Usage You'll Need: Capsicana large tortillas, 300g Chicken mini fillets, 50g Microwave rice, 50g Cheese (grated), 50g Shredded lettuce 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway until lightly browned. 3. Add 80ml water and the paste to the pan. Stir well and then cover with a lid to simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. 4. As the chicken simmers, warm rice and tortillas. 5. After 5 minutes remove the pan from the heat. Keep the chicken in in the pan two forks to shred. Once shredded, mix well in the sauce for maximum flavour. and use 6. Build your burrito with 1/4 of the chicken in the middle of a tortilla, 1 tbsp of cooked rice, a sprinkle of cheese and a small handful of shredded lettuce. Wrap to enjoy!
