Description
Our crunchy Capsicana tortilla chips contain just three ingredients: wholegrain corn, sunflower oil and a little sea salt.
We make them using the traditional Mexican method called ‘nixtamalization’. The corn is soaked, dried and stoneground, then made into masa dough which is cut, flash-fried and lightly salted. Bringing you a bag-full of authentic corn crunch and flavour.
They taste great on their own, with salsa and guacamole or made into nachos.
