Bake-stable gel food colour in easy-dose tube
Here’s how…
Gently knead the tube before use.
Add small amounts to your icing, frosting or cake batter until the desired colour is achieved.
Stir between each addition.
How much do I use?
Add up to 10g of colour gel to 1kg of cake batter or icing. More gel can be used elsewhere in the cake but the average above should not be exceeded.
