All you need is:
80g (80ml,1/3 cup) Water + 72g (80ml, 1/3 cup) Vegetable oil + 3 Medium size eggs
Prep time: 10 mins
Baking time: 34-38 mins
Baking: 1 (20cm round) cake tin
3 simple steps!
1. Preheat oven to 180?C (160?C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/Gas Mark 4. Grease tin and preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper. 2. Beat the eggs, oil, water and cake mix together and whisk (by hand or electric mixer) for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Do not eat unbaked batter. Pour into tin.
3. Bake in the centre of the oven for 34-38 minutes or until rounded knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Let to cool completely and then remove from tin.

Store in a cool, dry place.
