Benadryl Allergy Children’s 6+ 1mg/ml Oral Solution is an antihistamine for children which works to relieve the symptoms of hay fever and other allergic conditions such as pet, skin or dust allergies in children.
Symptoms of allergic conditions include: itchy, runny nose; sneezing; itchy, watery eyes; and Urticaria (hives & itchy skin rash).
Uses / Instructions
Children under 6 years:
This Benadryl syrup isn’t recommended for children under 6 years old.
Children aged 6 – 12 years:
For children between the age of 6 and 12, the dosage of this children’s antihistamine should be one 5ml spoonful of children’s Benadryl in the morning, and one 5ml spoonful in the evening.
Children aged 12 and over:
The children’s Benadryl dosage for kids over 12 years old is two 5ml spoonfuls to be taken once a day.
Can you take Benadryl Allergy Children’s 6+ Liquid 70ml with ibuprofen?

Can you use Benadryl Allergy Children’s 6+ Liquid 70ml for food allergies?
Yes, Benadryl for kids can be used for food allergies, but only if you experience very mild allergic reactions such as a rash or itchiness. If your symptoms are anything more than mild or if you have any trouble breathing, it’s critical to seek medical attention immediately.

The main difference between this Benadryl syrup and other Benadryl products is that this antihistamine can be given to children from 6 years old.
Warnings
Warning: do not exceed stated dose keep out of the reach and sight of children. Benadryl allergy children’s 6+ 1 mg/ml oral solution, at the recommended dose, does not cause drowsiness in the majority of people. However, rare cases of drowsiness have been reported. If affected do not drive or operate machinery. As with all antihistamines, avoid excessive alcohol consumption when taking this medicine. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding consult your doctor before taking this product. If symptoms persist consult your doctor or pharmacist.
