Uses / Instructions
How to Cook Required: 8 tbsps cold water, 1 egg or 100ml milk, mixing bowl, knife. 1 Mix the shortcut pastry mix into a bowl with the cold water, starting with a knife. 2 Once mixed, use your hands to create a firm dough and add more cold water if still crumbly, handling as little as possible to acheive a light, crispy pastry. 3 Roll the pastry out onto a lightly floured surface and follow your recipe.
