Uses / Instructions
Open a capsule of activated charcoal and put the contents on your toothbrush. Gently brush your teeth using small circles for 2 minutes. Be especially careful in the area around your gums as it can be abrasive. Then spit it out.
Warnings
The abrasiveness may wear down tooth enamel, (making teeth appear yellow).
Stains below the enamel won’t be removed.
Can cause tooth sensitivity.
No fluoride (which helps prevent cavities and tooth decay).
Possible staining of older teeth and dental restorations.
