What is Shawarma?
If you are looking for one of the most iconic Middle Eastern street foods, you can’t go wrong with Shawarma. Meat is coated in a fragrant yet earthy spice mix and tightly packed onto a vertical skewer to slow cook over an open fire. Once carved, it’s crispy on the outside and deliciously juicy on the inside!

Make a Meal of it
Pair your Shawarma Wraps with a side of Al'Fez Moroccan Spiced Couscous, and a delicious dollop of houmous.
Veggie Twist
Mushrooms are a great veggie swap here - we recommend portobello. Fantastic flavour and great skewered and fried in the pan.
