Delicious with pan fried meat or plant based-protein, simply stir in and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes until cooked through.

Just add 2-3 fish fillets or protein of choice, 1 red pepper, 65g spring onions, 200ml light coconut milk.
Preparation 2-3 people, 15 mins.
Ingredients:
- 90g Caribbean Curry flavour bomb
- 2-3 white fish fillets, skinless
- 1 red pepper diced
- 65g spring onions, roughly chopped
- 200ml light coconut milk
- Fresh coriander to garnish
Preparation:
1 Heat 1tbs olive oil in a large pan on a medium-high heat, add the red pepper, cook for 1 minute until softened. Add the spring onions and stir through for 30 seconds.
2 Add the paste, coconut milk and stir until the sauce begins to simmer.
3 Add the fish, pushing down into the sauce and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
4 Turn the fish and simmer for another 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
