Description

This Cheese and Onion Sandwich filling is all about buffet food and a cheese and Onion Sandwich is classic buffet food. Made with diced red onion and Homemade Mayonnaise, this sandwich spread is tasty and is not hard to make.

Some people make this with warm water instead of mayo, but I prefer the taste of the mayonnaise.

Cut the crusts from the bread before you fill the sandwich, then cut into triangles to serve on any buffet..
