Galbani Dolcelatte is a smooth and creamy blue cheese offering a milder alternative to other blue cheeses. It’s delicate flavour and soft texture make it extremely versatile and perfect for pasta, pizza, risotto and many other dishes, or even on its own with crackers and a glass of wine.
