Elmlea Double Light is an alternative to dairy cream that has 50% less fat than dairy Double cream so go ahead and add a dollop to your Friday night curry, make your cappuccino extra creamy and whip up a fresh berry Eton Mess. Free from artificial colours and flavours and stays fresher for longer than standard dairy creams (over double the shelf life before opening!) so can be kept in the fridge to create showstopping moments with half the calories!

Uses / Instructions

Package Type Pot Storage Keep refrigerated. After opening use within 5 days. Do not freeze. Preparation And Usage Pour, Cook, Whip Whip it up for dessert, pour over pudding or stir in to further enrich your cooking.
