Expertly crafted by bakers, our sourdough boule is made with a slow-fermented wild yeast sourdough starter and flour milled in the Cotswolds. Slowly proved to develop the characteristic flavour and open texture, the dough is then hand-scored and baked, creating a loaf for those occasions when only The Best will do.
