Made from a traditional mixture of escallions, hot peppers, pimento and thyme, Tropical Sun Jerk Seasoning Paste is prepared to an authentic Caribbean recipe by the people of Central Village, Jamaica.

Uses / Instructions

Preparation And Usage Make a Marinade! Mix in equal parts with olive oil. Massage into your meat, tofu or veggies and allow to marinate in the fridge overnight or for at least 15 mins if possible.
