Fish Masala
Ingredients Required: Fish (Pieces), Quantity & Preparation: 1kg
Ingredients Required: Yoghurt (Beaten), Quantity & Preparation: 1 Cup (200g)
Ingredients Required: Onion (Fine Slice), Quantity & Preparation: 1 Onion
Ingredients Required: Indus Garlic Paste, Quantity & Preparation: 1 tbsp
Ingredients Required: Indus Ghee/Cooking Oil, Quantity & Preparation: 1 Cup (150g)
Ingredients Required: Indus Fish Fry Spice Mix, Quantity & Preparation: 1 Bag
Steps of Cooking
1. Salt fish pieces, leave to stand for 5 minutes then thoroughly wash to remove salt.
2. Add ghee/oil to pan and heat, fry onions until golden brown. Add garlic paste, Indus Fish Fry Spice Mix and yoghurt cook for 5-6 minutes.
3. Add fish to pan and cook gently for 5-10 minutes.
4. Add 1-2 cups of water to pan, cover and cook on a low heat setting until fish is fully cooked and ghee/oil separates.
5. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.

Ingredients Required: Fish (Sliced or Whole), Quantity & Preparation: 1kg
Ingredients Required: Indus Garlic Paste, Quantity & Preparation: 1 tbsp
Ingredients Required: Lemon Juice, Quantity & Preparation: 4 tbsp
Ingredients Required: Indus Fish Fry Spice Mix, Quantity & Preparation: 1 bag
Steps of Cooking
1. In a bowl add fish, garlic paste, lemon juice and Indus Fish Fry Spice Mix, mix together cover and chill for 30-60 minutes.
2. Deep fry in hot ghee/oil until golden brown.
3. Serve with fresh lemons.
Indus Besan (Gram Flour) Fried Fish
Ingredients Required: Fish (Sliced or Whole), Quantity & Preparation: 1kg
Ingredients Required: Indus Garlic Paste, Quantity & Preparation: 1 tbsp
Ingredients Required: Lemon Juice, Quantity & Preparation: 4 tbsp
Ingredients Required: Indus Fish Fry Spice Mix, Quantity & Preparation: 1 bag
Ingredients Required: Indus Besan (Gram Flour), Quantity & Preparation: 1 Cup
Ingredients Required: Salt, Quantity & Preparation: 1 tsp
Steps of Cooking
1. In a bowl add fish, garlic paste, lemon juice and Indus Fish Fry Spice Mix, mix together cover and chill for 30-60 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl add Indus Besan (Gram Flour), salt and water to make a thin batter.
3. Dip the marinated fish into the batter mix, then deep fry until golden brown.
4. Serve with salad and mint dip.
